Guysen was great to work with, down to earth local bradda! He explained the process from beginning to end and kept us updated each step of the way. We never bought property before so it was assuring to have him guiding us along. I would love to say we look forward to work with him again, but I don't know when we might be looking again... however I will refer him to friends and family!

Guysen Terai was fantastic throughout the whole process. We live off island and weren’t able to view properties but he went over and beyond to visit them for us. There was constant communication at every step and I would recommend him and locations for anyone else looking to purchase on the Big Island.

As first time homebuyers, Laycee & Guysen were so helpful and carefully & mindfully walked us through every step of the home buying process. From the very first consultation, they broke everything down and explained things in a way we could understand. Guysen was helpful in every way. He flew to Hilo and showed me the house via video conference. He had the home inspector there too so I could ask him questions. Guysen was straightforward about the house so there were no surprises when I came out to see the place. The transaction went smoothly despite me being in another state. He's very polite and professional. I highly recommend him for buying or selling your home.
